About our client
Our client is an well-known Trust and Domiciliation company located in Luxembourg. To face a constant business development trend, we are looking for a Compliance Officer.
Job description
As the Compliance Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day compliance issues
- Support the staff by providing advice, assistance and training related to policies, procedures and compliance issues
- Executing risk assessment and compliance reviews
- Monitoring & following-up AML/CTF financial sanctions
- Reviewing KYC files and being able to prepare and present files to the CAC
- Annual review of KYC files according to the risk levels
Who we are looking for
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with domiciliation of client companies would be an asset
- Enthusiastic and dynamic team player with good communication skills
- Well organized and committed
- Good personal presentation and good communications skills
- Good working knowledge of English and French, any other language would be an asset
