About our client
Our client is an well-known Trust and Domiciliation company located in Luxembourg. To face a constant business development trend, we are looking for a Commercial Director.  

Job description
As the Commercial Director you will have both commercial an internal responsibilities which include :
- Develop client portfolio of the firm.
- Implement and coordinate customer interactions.
- Explore firm products and markets to produce commercial opportunities. - Present these products to intermediaries and clients.
- Create strategies and plans to identify opportunities and generate new commercial opportunities in order to increase revenues from new and existing customers.
- Manage complex and high value transaction opportunities.
- Create good conditions and working environment for your employees and clients
- Be the intermediary between key decision makers in the field and strategic partners by ensuring a frequent communication
- Collaborate with the local team directors, team members
- Manage and support the sales team

Who we are looking for
- Initiative and dynamic with a strong desire for success
- Legal academic background
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A / Banking & Finance or with a reputable corporate services provider
- Fluent in English
- Relevant experience or strong interest for the commercial field
- Understanding of corporate services transaction and awareness of the related risks
- Network relevant to corporate services practices
