About our client:

Our client is an international company. In order to reinforce their team, we are looking for bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Description:

Within a dynamic team, you will be the interface between customers and the company. Your main tasks will include:

- Manage the whole process linked to the order, from the offer until payment of the invoice
- Being the point of contact with different departments: shipping, production centers, bookkeeping
- Follow-up of the delivery and ensure customers expectations
- Record the complaints and initiate corrective actions if needed

Candidate profile:

- You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- Ideally, you have a first experience within a department where contacts with customers were frequent
- You are perfectly fluent in German and English. Any other language will be considered as an asset
- Client-minded, you are at ease with administrative work
- Stress resistant, you are able to use your initiatives
- You are a real team-player
- A good knowledge of MS Office is required. The knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
