About our client:
Our client is a Luxembourg based Bank providing tailor-made and exclusive private banking services to HNWI.
In order to reinforce their team, we are currently looking for an experienced back office agent with a real "can do" spirit.
Job description:
Your main tasks will include:
- Booking of transactions: FX and securities, as well as derivatives
- Reconciliation of securities, derivative and cash accounts
- Instructing custodian for matching and settlement of transactions
- Handling corporate actions
Profile:
- You speak fluently English and one of the Scandinavian language
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, and you are a real team player
- You are able to take initiatives, and have an 'entrepreneur" way of thinking
- You have a very good command of Word and Excel
- You are highly organized
