Job description
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your main responsabilities will be the following:
- Helping in the tax structuration of the firm and also PE deals;
- Giving advices in national and international tax;
- Participating to local tax issues when necessary;
- Providing knowledge regarding tax updates or future obligations to fullfill;
- Willing to assume, with experience, some directorships.
This description accounts for the main responsibilities and is not limited.
Who we are looking for
- You shoud should have a degree in Tax;
- You will have a previous significant and successful experience in a tax department of a corporate or in a lawyer firm;
- Fluent English is mandatory;
- You should be rigourous, hard-worker, curious, flexible;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You are team-spirited;
- You are willing to travel abroad quite frequently.
