About our client
Our client is a international holding company. Active worldwide, they would like to reinforce the support team in their Luxembourg office and are currently looking for an Personal Assistant.
Description
You will work closely with the CEO and will be responsible to provide a general administrative and organizational support. Your tasks will include:
- Manage agendas;
- Manage complex travel arrangements all over the world;
- Proceed reservation and ticketing;
- Handle special requests;
- Organize and prepare executives' meetings;
- Prepare files and presentations;
- Schedule conferences and seminars;
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence;
- Prepare expense reports.
Candidate profile
You have experience within a similar position in an international and extremely dynamic environment in Europe;
You have experienced as a Travel Agent;
You have perfect command of Russian, English and French;
You are very flexible and extremely rigorous;
You are independent and well organized;
You have excellent communication skills;
You are reliable and stress resistant.
You have perfect command of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
