Tasks
• Follow up fit out and refurbishment projects : as the Client’s single point of contact, manage the successful delivery of the project from its inception to its completion by gaining a full understanding of the brief and client requirements, budget and timeframe.
• Identify, appoint and be responsible for external suppliers including consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and FF&E
• Identify opportunities and seek to win new business, including liaise with and support other Jones Lang LaSalle departments in respect of client leads / opportunities
• Lead research and development to provide innovative ideas to the Group to maintain its competitive edge
Profile
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Commercial awareness, sales focused
• Project methodology
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to develop processes and procedures
• Analytical skills
• 5 – 10 years experience of operating in a similar role and environment
• Bilingual French English, knowledge of Luxembourgish/ German is a must
