Currently we are looking for the right person to fill the Food and Beverage Manager position in our property.
Very operational with experience at the same position,
Good leadership, people management and communication skills,
Eager to look for new ideas and innovations at all time, open minded, creative,
Guest focused with an eye for details and multi task. Strong organizational and planning skills
Motivated and flexible
Sales and analysis skills
Fluency in French and English, German is an advantage
Computer literacy: Excel & PowerPoint, Hotel management systems
Drive’s license
Main Tasks:
• Handle all F&B tasks from A to Z
• Lead the team
• Management of guest complaints and suggestions
• Security and safety responsibility
• Follow up training, appraisals, standards,
• Put in place all the NH procedures and follow up
• Planning staff and tasks
• Work with different departments.
