Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, your main tasks will be:
- Accounting for Group entities located in Luxembourg and abroad
- Monthly book closing and monthly reports
- Preparation of quarterly/yearly financial statements
- Preparation of VAT reports in cooperation with local advisors
- Preparation of budgets for the following year
- Establishment of proper document flow to ensure proper documentation and booking of transactions
- Interaction with auditors
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested by Top Management
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
- University Education, preferably Economic
- Certified qualifications in accounting or financial analysis would be an advantage
- Around 3 years as Accountant
- IT skills: Excel, accounting software
- Fluent English, French is a plus
- Organized, stress resistant, team player
- Good time management and communication skills
