For one of our clients, specialized in the industrial sector, we are seeking a:
Customer Service Representative (m/f) German Speaking
Main activities and tasks:
- You are responsible for customers.
- You respond to customers queries by email and handling phone calls.
- You Provide assistance to sales representatives.
- You generate reports and statistics.
- You enter, check, follow up and filing of customer orders.
- You liaise with production planning and shipping department.
- You are in charge of the distribution of control reports, timely collection and filing of reports.
Profile:
- You have gained a first working experience in a customer service.
- Bilingual in German and you speak fluently English and French.
- You are a team player with very good communication and computer skills.
- You are detail-oriented and you are able to work under pressure.
