The Responsibilities
•You will advise international customers from Northern Europe / Scandinavia in terms of an integrated service approach.
•You will have primary responsibility for the overall client relationship with the aim of a high and long-standing level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•You will analyse your customer’s requirements and will successfully present adequate products and services as well as develop a comprehensive strategy tailored to the individual customer.
•You will regularly update the overall strategy in line with clients’ requirements in order to support the successful development of the target markets.
The Competencies
•A relevant and valid academic banking qualification with further training
•Several years experience in successful and comprehensive private banking relationship management
•Broad knowledge of the product and service offering in wealth management including a basic understanding of Luxembourg structures
•Ability to analyse client potential
•Fluency in English as well as language skills of your major target markets
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
•Entrepreneurial mindset and efficient self-management
