The Opportunity:
Exceptional growth opportunity for a high-calibre Private Equity / Real Estate Executive in the fund administration industry.
For its dynamically growing entity in Luxembourg our client seeks to recruit a Managing Director with very strong leadership skills as well as an in-depth operational expertise in the PE / RE sector.
The Responsibilities:
You will develop, build and lead a highly successful fund administration business in Luxembourg with a prime focus on the PE / RE sector
•You will develop and direct the implementation of the group’s business strategy with focus on developing new business in the PE / RE sector
•You will maintain a strong relationship with the regulators and ensure compliance
•You will represent the Luxembourg office at Group board level and participate in Group executive management
•You will raise the profile of the Luxembourg office amongst service providers
•You will participate in local industry forums and events and promote the business amongst the industry and potential clients
•You will direct functions and performance via the management team
•You will report to the executive board on organisational plans and performance
The Competencies:
•You have a finance university degree including further professional qualifications
•You have a proven track record in Financial Services with at least 10 years experience and a minimum of 5 years in senior managerial capacity
•You have a profound understanding of the Luxembourg funds business with focus on PE / RE
•You have an exceptional track record in internationally leading financial service providers
•You have very strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
•You have effective decision making skills and are a creative problem solver
