The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join a market leader in provision of financial, administration and corporate services to the private equity funds industry. Conveniently located in Luxembourg city our client offers the possibility to grow within an international, human-sized structure working autonomously but at the same time being a part of a small and supportive team.
The Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of domiciliated companies taking responsibility for all accounting, tax, legal and compliance aspects:
•Day to day client accounting, management of invoices, reporting
•Preparing financial statements, tax returns, VAT
•Handling day-to-day operations of companies
•Organising board and shareholder meetings
•Drafting corporate documents
•Liaising with authorities - RCS, Tax administration as well as suppliers, lawyers, banks
•Taking care of KYC issues, compliance regulations.
The Competencies
•University degree in Accounting/Finance
•You have 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar position in a PSF, fiduciary or trust company
•You have very good oral and written communication skills in French and English
•You are willing to work in a high quality client service focus environment
•You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills
•You are self-motivated, able to work autonomously
