As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide marketing support in line with the firm’s strategy. Applying your proven experience, you will assist the Marketing Manager on a wide variety of tasks including:

 Ensuring a smooth delivery and success of marketing projects,
 Decision making from business development to communications,
 Collecting, compiling and processing legal marketing information,
 Creating, writing and updating marketing material,
 Updating and implementing multimedia and web-based tools (Website, Intranet, Social networks, Blog, CRM),
 Organising events and business trips,
 Measuring customer satisfaction,
 Managing customer and business partners relationship,
 Liaising with service providers,
 Executing marketing administrative tasks.

You are educated or equivalent in a marketing related discipline. You have excellent communication and client relationship skills. You are able to work with tight deadlines, to manage several projects at once and to liaise with all levels of the firm. You are fast-learner, detail-oriented and result focused.

You demonstrate good organisational and time management skills as well as a constructive and positive attitude. You are confident and trustworthy. Common sense, pragmatism and creativity are qualities you are proud of. Open-minded and curious, you do not focus on problems but on solutions.

You are computer-literate and Adobe Creative Suite has no secret for you. You also know what Web 2.0 means. You have an excellent level in English and French, German and Luxembourgish language skills would be beneficial to your application.
