Your Responsibilities
- You assist the lawyers in their daily business activities and are in charge of all aspects of company secretarial in particular :
o You handle the incoming correspondence (sort, scan, dispatch)
o You carry out all the ordinary duties of a reprograph (copy, print, bind)
o You manage the filing and archiving of documents and files
o You operate the switchboard, welcome visitors and manage the reservation of the conference rooms
Your profile
- CATP or BAC and/or experience in a similar post
- Knowledge of French, English, German and Luxembourgish should be an advantage
- Excellent command in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomous and sense of responsibility
