My client is a financial service firm which is specialized in Trust services. He is actually looking for a corporate legal officer German speaker for his North Desk.
Education
• University degree in Corporate or fiscal law
• 2 -3 years experience as Trust legal officer
Qualification:
• Responsible, reliable and ability to work within a team
• Analytic skills
• Fluency in German and English is a mandatory. Other languages are an asset in particular French
Main tasks are:
• Responsible for all legal and corporate matters for client companies
• Assist with the closing of asset transactions and involved in other aspects of client work.
• Maintain and develop a good network for the international clients.
