Our client is one of the major and prestigious law firms in Luxembourg which is specialized in Banking & Finance, Private Equity, Corporate, Labour and Tax law.
The office is organized in several pools of legal and administrative specialization to support lawyers and partners.
Due to their ongoing development, our client is currently looking for a Billing Assistant (m/f).
The Mission:
Being part of the billing assistants’ team, you will be involved in the invoicing and administrative tasks, as following:
• Establishing and maintaining the whole billing administration processes.
• Operating phone, fax and email systems.
• Establishing fee statements, providing complete synthesis, following up the invoicing reminders and maintaining a proactive level of correspondence.
• Filing and archiving all invoicing documents.
• Being a trustworthy interlocutor with Associates and Partners and liaising efficiently with clients.
Your profile/requirements:
• Educational background focused on Accounting and Secretarial studies (General University Diploma as BTS/DUT to License).
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar position is required, preferably acquired in a fiduciary or a law firm in Luxembourg, or in an international environment which included international client correspondence and/or international client relationship assistance.
• Efficient organization, excellent communication skills and dynamism are your main qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. A good knowledge of Avonca would be a plus.
• A perfect fluency in French and a correct level in English is required for the open position. German and/or Luxembourgish would be considered as an asset.
