Your Responsibilities
• Manage the relationship with donors.
• Preparation of donor contracts and structuring of new foundations.
• Prepare and attend meetings with financial intermediaries (private banks, family offices, law firms and notaries).
• Monitoring of the investment portfolios of sheltered foundations including the Socially Responsible Investment policy.
• Handling and updating the operational framework and internal procedures of the Foundation.
• Primary point of contact and coordinator of Fondation de Luxembourg within the Transnational Giving Europe (TGE).
Your Profile
• A university degree and at least five years of relevant work experience from the financial sector.
• Proven experience and knowledge in investment portfolio management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding language skills in French and English, both oral and in writing. Knowledge in German is an advantage.
• Well-structured and with a high level of accuracy.
• High level of integrity and sense of responsibility.
• Creative with strong problem-solving ability.
• Enthusiasm and ability to take the initiative.
• Strong presentation skills.
