About our client
Our client is a fast growing ICT Company based in Luxembourg. In order to reinforce their team, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Wholesale Manager.
Description
Within the Sales Department, you will work closely with the sales Director. Your main missions will include:
- Overview of wholesale services including connectivity and other communication requests from customers
- You will be the single point of contact of all entry of all corporate Wholesale requests
- Follow-up of the evolution of wholesale services ( launch, product management)
- Be aware of the evolution of new strategies in the area of mobile wholesale services and all-IP communications
- Identify all customer needs and secure exact definition of project scope
- Definition and lead of end-to-end intake process: planning, roles and responsibilities definition, assignments
- Planning and resources prioritization
- Delivery of necessary support to account mangers for the development of portfolio
- Participate consultancy activities such as assessments and solution development
- Translate new Customers needs and report
- Keep up to date with changes in products and solution and communicate any changes to the technical account managers and customers
- Coordination, implementation and follow-up of pre-sales or technical requests
Candidate profile
- You have at least two years of experience within a similar position
- You have a strong knowledge in technical services or in Telecommunications
- Sales-minded, you are a real teamplayer
- Recognized for your exceptional writing skills, you have an analytical spirit
- Bilingual in French and English (both written and orally). The knowledge of any other European language will be considered as an asset
