My client is a financial service firm which is specialized in Trust services specialise in private equity. The client portfolio is composed of large multinational companies. Due to the increase in workload they want to strengthen their legal department.

Education
• Degree in Corporate Law
• 2 -5 years experience as Trust legal officer
Qualification:
• Responsible, reliable and ability to work within a team
• Autonomous
• Others languages are an asset in particular english
Main tasks are:
• Responsible for all legal and corporate matters for client companies.
• Knowledge of Soparfi’s .
• Contact with clients.
• Liaise with tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, etc.
• Liaise with clients and other professionals, government institutions.
• Board minutes etc.
• KYC-AML
