My client who is specialized in life-insurance is looking for a Senior Actuary. You will integrate the department. Also, you will work a significant time on Solvency II activities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review activities linked to Solvency II (document, test, use the models)
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing works
- Make internal reports
- Review annual report and report to the insurance sector supervisor
- Follow-up legislation relating to the insurance, analysis of the implications
- Development of product which included the reinsurance aspects, specifications for IT department
- Review technical support to several department (Back Office, Middle Office, IT and sales)
YOUR PROFILE:
- A previous experience in life insurance
- Excellent knowledge in Prophet and also in risk management
- Degree in Actuarial science
- Good skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Visual Basic
- Good knowledge in French and English. Dutch, German and also Italian are a plus.
- Work team and team player
- Good communication skills
