Robert Half is working exclusively with a prestigious family office with a worldwide exposure, in the search for their next Finance Director (M/F)
Your mission:
- Manage the 3 departments of the structure and the back office (20 staff members)
- Coordinate and implement group projects with the assistance of internal and external experts
- Control of proper governance
- Liaise with internal audit
- Represent the Luxembourg family office on an international scale and develop the relationships with other offices and partners
- Chair board of local companies
- Contribute to the group’s strategy development and implementation
- Implement the required quality level of services
Profile:
- Master degree in economics or finance
- Auditor or Certified accountant
- At least 10 years relevant accounting / finance experience in public practice or with a service provider
- Good expertise / strong interest for Financial engineering
- Technical knowledge with good understanding of commercial rationale
- Charismatic leader with successful experience as a people manager
- You are fluent in English and French. Dutch or German would be an asset.
