You have several years of experience as client advisor and you are looking to join a dynamic and expanding Bank?
Our client, a highly reputable and stable bank, strongly established in Luxembourg and throughout Europe, is looking for a Client Advisor. We are looking for a motivated, client oriented and team player client advisor to join a challenging environment within a strong Bank in Luxembourg.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Advise and develop the existing business.
- Answer to the clients , understand their needs, identify ways to help them and provide them a great service
- Keep informed about financial markets and understand the variety of our products to provide an excellent service to all customers across key areas: cashier duties, welcome desk, operational tasks and answering the telephone.
- Provide a tailor-made service concerning:
Consumer credit and mortgages
Investments (insurance,…)
Financial products such as credit card, debit card
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economy.
- At least 5 years as client advisor.
- Fluent in Luxembourgish, French and very good knowledge of English.
- At ease with clients.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Client-oriented.
- Team-player
