My client is a well known Trust company that has been established in Luxembourg more then 20 years ago. Since their beginnings, they have permanently been growing and expanding and are now the best known domiciliation agent in Luxembourg. Besides the classic corporate and management services, they provide a wide spectrum of other services like consolidation, reporting, fund services, …
They are currently looking for motivated senior accountants that want to take on more and more responsibilities in the future. In this company you will have the complete responsibility of your client account and you will have a real “A to Z overview”. You will be responsible for all the accounting matters, the legal admin work, the tax declarations and the contact with your clients and all the other parties involved (auditors, notaries, lawxyers, tax specialists, banks, ...).
Besides, you will be an important link between the management and the junior staff. You will review their work and coach them in order to improve their work.

Your profile:
• You have a Bac +3 in Accounting, Economics, Finance or similar.
• You have 3 to 5 years experience in the field of domiciliation
• You are fluent in English. French and/or German will be considered as a strong asset
• You have an experience in working with Soparfi structures
• You are able to work independently on a portfolio of clients and you’re interested to coach junior staff.
Your new role:
• You assist in the implementation and administration of Luxembourgish companies (mainly Soparfi’s)
• You are the contact point for your clients & third parties like tax specialists, auditors, lawyers, … during and after the set up of the companies.
• You are responsible for all the day-to-day accounting matters of your clients
• You review the financial statements of your clients
• You review the different tax declarations (IRC, ICC, IF, VAT)
• You assist in the legal admin work of your clients (board meetings, shareholder meetings, …)
• You will have the possibility to coach junior consultants and to review their work.
