Our client is an important commerciale company in Europe based in Luxembourg. The group is providing a full range of specialized services to national and international clients.
Your main responsabilities will be the following:
- Manage a credit team (2 employees)
- Define rating methodology. Categorizes customers by level risk, and reviews this as appropriate
- Define Credit collection policies
- Organize and coordinate the workflow within the Credit Control team
- Develop IT solutions in order to increase efficiency in processes and procedures
- Deal with Customers in order to re-negotiate payment conditions
Who we are looking for :
- A minimum of 3 years' credit control experience
- Strong team player
- Fluent in English, German, French
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communications and analytical skills
