For one of our clients, specialised in the aviation sector, we’re seeking a:
Senior Personal Assistant French-English-Luxemburgish (m/f)
Main activities and tasks:
You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support and assistance to five managers and to the board of direction. The tasks include:
- the agenda management, travel arrangements,
- the meeting and event organization,
- to handle the outgoing and incoming correspondence,
- the elaboration of high level presentations and other documents,
- to draft minutes and any relevant documents,
- the assistance with various client administration matters,
- the organization the day-to-day running of the office,
Profile:
- You have a Degree in administration.
- You have gained at least 5 years working experience in a similar position.
- Your level in Luxemburgish is excellent. Good level in English is mandatory; French is considered as a strong asset.
- You have excellent command in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and to be organized.
- You can work under pressure.
- You provide high-quality work while demonstrating flexibility.
- You have strong interpersonal skills - able to interact with tact and diplomacy at all levels with both internal and external clients.
