For one of its clients, an international banking institution, Tempo Team is currently looking for a:
Transfer Agent Reporting Officer (m/f)
Operational Effectiveness
- Responsible for the efficient delivery of periodic and ad hoc reporting to clients’ enhancement while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the reporting.
- Management to the reportings return (uncompleted reports data, errors..).
- Management and maintenance of the calendar.
- Standardization of the reportings between the different existing environments.
Risk Management
- Ensure the escalation communication to Manager in case of operational issues and risks.
- Ensure procedures are adequate to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory & audit requirements as internal well risk management requirements policies.
- Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate controls are developed and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements or company policies.
Client Service, Sales and Relationship management support
- Responsible for delivering service that ensures the ongoing satisfaction of clients.
- Delivery to all clients consistently must meet specific client requirements.
- Ensure all queries are resolved timely.
Skills
- Post secondary education with an economical background/finance or equivalent experience.
- 2 years experience in Transfer Agency or financial services industry in an operations environment.
- Fluent in English and any other languages will be considered as a strong asset
- Knowledge in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Specific knowledge : BLS and/or SARA Knowledge is an asset
